John Black

Executive Chairman 

Pioneered demographic profiling of Australian political and economic groups in Australia since 1975. Developed demographic strategy for the Australian Labor Party national campaign in 1983.

Australian Senator for Queensland (1984-90) and chaired Senate Inquiries into Drugs in Sport which established the Australian Sports Drugs Agency and has been a founding board member of the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Agency.
Currently a guest commentator for the ABC and a columnist for The Australian, where John often talks about profiling of politics and the labour market. He also writes adventure fly fishing articles for The Australian, for FlyLife Magazine and for the ADS and EGS web pages. Pictures of trout tend to appear frequently in these articles.


Dr Jeanine McCullan

Vocationally trained General Practitioner. MRCGP, FRACGP, DCH, DRCOG . A graduate of Liverpool University and educated at Upton Hall Convent, a FCJ School on The Wirral Peninsula, UK. Moved to Australia in 2002 as Registrar in Emergency Medicine at Toowoomba Base Hospital and decided to stay on in Queensland.

Almost 20 years of experience working in frontline health service delivery in Australia including Public Hospitals, Aboriginal Health Services, After hours deputising services and private practice.

Busy mum of 3 young children who enjoys multitasking. Which is just as well, as Jeanine is overseeing our GIS operations.


Janine Walker


Janine Walker is a consultant in people and performance and an experienced Chair and Board Director. Her senior executive roles include Human Resources Director for Griffith University and Princess Alexandra Hospital, Director of Industrial Relations for Queensland Health, and Industrial Director and General Secretary of the Queensland Public Sector Union. She worked as a broadcaster for the ABC and served for six years on the Board of the ABC.

Janine has held a range of board and committee appointments including Chair of All Hallows’ School, membership of the Vocational Education Training and Employment Commission, and she is currently a member of the Council of St Margaret’s Anglican Girls’ School and a Board member of the Metro South Hospital and Health Service.

Janine is an Adjunct Professor in the Griffith Business School, a Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute and Australian Institute of Management and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

In 2002 Reg started work with the Queensland Anglican Schools Commission and served in various finance and governance based roles, including the role of Deputy Executive Director since 2011.  He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Queensland Independent Schools Block Grant Authority Ltd.

Reg has over 20 years work experience in the Local Government industry, including eleven years as CEO of Queensland local governments experiencing rapid growth pressures.  He entered the education sector as the Business Manager for St Luke’s Anglican School, Bundaberg in 1999.  Here he project managed the development of the school’s strategic plan and moved the school forward in financial modelling and improving operational efficiencies.

His work interests are in governance, compliance, business modelling and the application of technology to work processes and business solutions. He is planning to commence post graduate studies in law in 2017.
