The need for up to date demographic analysis to help structure future strategy has been furnished by John Black and his team. The provision of raw data, graphics and the related commentary have proven invaluable for Churchie to understand demographic changes over time and the implications for us as a School going forward. The resulting decisions we have taken have been profound. Our School would not have enjoyed the confidence in making such structural decisions had we not had such quality material from which to work. Furthermore we have enjoyed open and constructive dialogue during the process which has enabled more informed questioning and improved understanding.

Last year, July-September we were worried, and that was why we asked you to do the survey for us. We did some other things too, and have adjusted some marketing in line with your report. I can't tell you how helpful it has been! ... our applications appear to have "gone through the roof", compared to recent years. As well, enrollments have continued to increase throughout the year ... which is not usual.
